This spacious ground floor apartment, elevated above the street,
has commanding views across the river and out towards the open sea.
It overlooks
the mouth of the river and the blockhouse at Polruan – an ideal position for
watching the boats going in and out of the harbour – from the ships, yachts, gigs and sailing dinghies to the peace of the little fishing
boats bobbing up and down where the sea meets the river. Situated on the Esplanade
the quaint town of Fowey is a gentle 10 minute stroll away as is the pretty cove
of Readymoney.
The apartment is self
contained and consists of a large bedroom, lounge, bathroom, kitchen and sun
terrace. It has central heating from October to April and is therefore suitable
for year round holidays. Linen and towels are included. |
 The entrance door leads
into the modern kitchen. There is a dining table and chairs and is fully
equipped for all your holiday needs; electric hob + oven, fridge, freezer,
washer/dryer, microwave etc. |
The bedroom has
stunning views. Not just a room with a view but a bed with a view too!! Guests
can enjoy a morning cup of tea sat in bed watching the waves break over rocks
and the yachts going out to sea. A large wardrobe provides ample space
for all your holiday clothes, as do the drawer units. The room also has a full
length mirror and a hairdryer provided.
The fully fitted
bathroom is spacious and has a bath with electric shower over, toilet, wash
basin and heated towel rail. Bath and hand towels are provided. |

The lounge has amazing
views across to Polruan and out to sea. It has two sofas, electric fire,
LCD TV with Freeview, cd player, books, games and of course sailing magazines. |
|
The sun terrace also
has panoramic views over the harbour. Ideal for sun worshipers it has sun most
of the day and is perfect for enjoying a relaxing read or tasty BBQ.
On arrival our guests can park temporarily to unload in our parking space
in front of our garage. Once unloaded, free parking can usually be found
close by along the Esplanade or at the Readymoney car park.
